TMJ (jaw) pain

Jaw problems are incredibly common – not surprising considering the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) is the most used joint in the human body!

Often you might experience jaw, head or ear pain, clicking, difficulty opening the mouth fully or feeling your bite is a bit ‘off’. It’s always good to see your Dentist first, however Physiotherapy is a low risk strategy that can help to reduce your pain and improve the function of your jaw.
