Having a sore back, neck, headaches and achy shoulders should not be the norm to your working life. It impacts not only on your productivity whilst you’re at work, but your enjoyment of life outside of work!
If you’re chair and desk still don’t seem right, despite completing the ergonomic checklist, then we’re here to help.

How services can help
First of all we get to know you, what symptoms you’re experiencing, what your working life entails and what activities/exercise you enjoy outside of work. We look at how you move, your posture, how your joints and muscles work together and how this relates to your desk set up.
Following this we can then provide you with simple tips and tricks to help optimise your workplace set up and suggest any recommendations on equipment which could further enhance your situation.
If required, we can recommend a number of additional treatments or preventative measures, including manual therapy, exercise programmes, pilates, yoga or personal training.
