All new PT clients start with an Initial Assessment for all new starters., It’s a chance for you and your Personal Trainer to discuss your goals (I.E. Weight loss, strengthening, toning, flexibility, health related etc), your previous training experience and to work out what’s the best way of moving forward with your goals. Our Personal Trainer will also take some baseline measurements to see where you are at the moment which helps to see your improvements over time.
Following your initial assessment, you can discuss the next options with our trainer, whether that is a one-off session, blocks of sessions or online Personal Training.
Our 1:1 sessions can take place in our studio in Petersfield, or in the comfort of your own home where we will bring all the required equipment with us!
