Excellent physiotherapist, I felt so confident that Mel knew the resolution to my neck pain and she fixed it. I now also take her pilates classes. I’ve been practising pilates for almost 10 years and I have never experienced a better teacher who ensures it’s safe while also allowing you to achieve the level you feel comfortable at. Thank you.

I’ve been working with Mel for chronic lower back pain. The initial assessment was really insightful, she was able to identify the causes and provided me with exercises that provided relief and helped to build strength straight away. I’ve done a lot of yoga and Pilates in the past but working 1 on 1 has helped bring a new level of awareness of my body and starting to undo the habits causing my pain. Mel’s great to work with, really approachable and a great motivator. I would highly recommend her!

Mel’s Pilates class is the highlight of my week. It has really helped to reduce my lower back problems and my core strength has definitely improved. The classes are friendly and fun, as well as progressive, so you can always push yourself harder if you want to. They’re suitable for all abilities, and everyone is made to feel welcome. Would highly recommend.

Mel has been treating me since the birth of my second child. I started seeing her 6 weeks post partum for pelvic floor issues.
