I have always had a passion for fitness and sport. From my early rugby days, to my time now spent competing in endurance events and triathlons, fitness is an integral part of my personal and professional life. I gained a Diploma in Sport in 2007 and having spent time serving in the Royal Marines I have since gained my Personal Training qualifications. I know how important physical activity is, not just in terms of cardiovascular fitness or strengthening, but in your whole physical and mental wellbeing.

Working as part of Empower Physiotherapy allows me to further progress your rehab under the specialist eye of Physiotherapists. Regardless of your age, your ability, your fitness level or your mobility, I will personalise your training programme so that it is challenging, fun and specific to you. So whether you are just starting out in your fitness journey, are looking to boost your health and well-being, are wanting to build your current strength or if you’re training for a particular event, I will provide you with the tools to get you to your goals.
