I have practiced yoga since my early twenties & have over 10 years experience teaching. I have seen the physical, mental & emotional benefits shape my life & those of others. Using the Hindu & Sanskrit word ‘Khushi’ meaning ‘Living Happily’ as a mantra for my practice, I teach with energy & compassion, allowing students to leave calm & content, feeling both physically & spiritually uplifted.

I teach yoga, restorative & pregnancy with a great focus on the breath & alignment. Seeing how the breath benefits all & allows for a shift into a deeper understanding of ourselves & experiences, is a continuing investigation that inspires me as a student as well as a teacher.

I have studied under Uma Dilsmore Tuli (Well Woman Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra Immersion, Yoga for Birth) James Reeves (i-Rest – Yoga Nidra), Anna Ashby (Restorative), Norman Blair (Yin), and Nadia Narain (Pregnancy & Post Natal).

I taught at Triyoga in London where I championed the benefits of Restorative in my classes, & I am excited to start a new chapter of teaching at Empower, since moving to Petersfield.
