Let’s face it – if you’ve got pain in your hips, knees or ankles then even the simplest of day-to-day tasks can become tricky.
Often with a few simple activity modifications, a little bit of patience and a good dose of hard work, we can improve your symptoms and get you back doing what you love.

How services can help
First of all we get to know you and how your symptoms are affecting you. We’ll complete a thorough assessment looking at your body as a whole, not just a joint on its own.
From there, we’ll work with you to put together a specific rehab programme. This may include hands on treatment, activity modifications, education and advice, strengthening and mobility exercises and a home exercise programme.
This is a collaborative process, so we work with you to establish a programme which works for your lifestyle and helps work towards your goal. As you progress, we may recommend, pilates, yoga or personal training, dependent on your unique needs.
