First of all we get to start to get to know you and how your symptoms are affecting your life. We look at your system as a whole – the physical aspects and how pain signals may be being amplifying the symptoms that you feel.
We work with you to put together a rehab programme that fits with you and your lifestyle. This may involve hands on therapy, movement strategies, education and advice, strengthening and mobility exercises and a home exercise programme which complements the time you spend with us in clinic.
We want to get you moving better, not necessarily more. We want you to understand the causes of your pain and have an effective strategy in place to get your life back on track.
