Pilates & Yoga class course:
Up to 12 per class: £12/class payable in advance per term
Up to 6 per class: £15/class payable in advance per term
Pilates & Yoga class ‘drop-in’ sessions:
Up to 12 per class: £13/class
Up to 6 per class: £17/class

Payment
It is our policy that ALL new patients pay for their initial appointment in advance. If you utilise our online booking service, you will be directed to a secure payment system, before your booking is confirmed.
Your booking is not confirmed until you have made payment.
Patients are required to pay at the end of each follow up session. We accept bank transfer, and accept all major credit/debit cards.
Insurance Companies
We do not deal directly with insurance companies.
You are welcome to claim back for your sessions though as your insurance company allows.
Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy
Please notify us in advance if you expect to be late or if you are unable to make your appointment. This allows other patients the chance to receive treatment. If you fail to inform us that you are unable to attend, or you cancel your appointment giving less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a non-attendance charge, equal to the cost of the appointment missed.
Excellent physiotherapist, I felt so confident that Mel knew the resolution to my neck pain and she fixed it. I now also take her pilates classes.
