One to One Sessions
A 1:1 session is a great way to get the most from Pilates, whether you are recovering from injury, wanting to improve your confidence and hone your technique before starting a class or are simply looking to get the most from your practice. These can be held either in the comfort of your own home, or in the privacy of our clinic in Petersfield.

Enjoy the benefits of Physio Led Pilates classes from the comfort of your own home! Choose either from our library of over 100 Pilates classes or follow our weekly schedules, receive expert instruction and work at level challenging to you. LIVE online classes are also included as part of your membership, making it even easier to access Pilates at a time which works best for you.
